 It is no secret that vodka pasta sauce has become very popular recently, as I scroll through Tik Tok every day I see a new recipe for the viral sauce. As someone who loves to cook, has attempted to make this delicious recipe, and has been a loyal customer of Absolut vodka, I was intrigued by this marketing project by Heinz and Absolut. Heinz, the well-known food processing company, has teamed up with Absolut, a popular brand of premium vodka to "cook up" a limited edition vodka pasta sauce. With both being well-known brands and the recipe being as popular as it is, the sales for this product have been through the roof.  My name is Katelyn Redell, I am a third-year business student pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in design innovation management with a minor in marketing! I am dual-enrolled with Oregon State University and I am a proud member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. I currently live in the chapter house off campus but my real home is in Bend, Oregon. I moved to Bend from Portland in 2020 and it has become my new favorite place. When I'm not in school I love golfing! I work at a golf course called Pronghorn in Bend as a beverage cart driver and golf bag drop attendant. I really like being able to work outdoors and talk to people from all over and I got to learn a lot about the sport of golf. I love being outdoors and I thrive in the summer with boating, paddle boarding, and swimming in the many lakes central Oregon has to offer. I can't wait to meet you all this term!
